Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS), founded in 1973, is one of the largest healthcare conglomerates in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In tier 2-3 cities, KIMS provides multidisciplinary healthcare services with a focus on primary, secondary, and tertiary care. Objective of the Issue:

The company plans to use the funds from the IPO for the following purposes:

  • To repay/prepay borrowings taken out by the company and its subsidiaries, namely KHKPL, SIMSPL, and KHEPL.
  • To fulfil general corporate objectives.
